The RUPES BigFoot HLR75 iBrid Mini Polisher marks a major advancement in the RUPES lineup, incorporating next-generation iBrid dual-power technology. Engineered for precision work on curves, contours, and tight areas, the HLR75 features a 12 mm orbit and a Ø75 mm (3-inch) backing plate to deliver exceptional control and maneuverability.

First introduced with the BigFoot iBrid Nano series, RUPES’ patented iBrid Technology enhances efficiency and user flexibility by allowing technicians to choose between cordless battery power or continuous corded operation via the iBrid Power Adapter. Thanks to a specialized in-house–designed motor platform, performance remains identical in both modes.

The HLR75 also showcases a groundbreaking ergonomic redesign. Every aspect of the tool has been reimagined to improve comfort, balance, and handling. Its modern shape and multiple comfortable grip positions ensure reduced fatigue and consistently accurate results, even during extended polishing sessions.

iBRID TECHNOLOGY

The innovative dual-power iBrid system allows the tool to operate using either battery power or a corded adapter. Users can switch freely between power sources without affecting performance—something not possible with traditional battery-only or corded-only machines.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL

A clearly visible, easy-to-adjust speed dial lets operators fine-tune working speed without stopping or interrupting their workflow.

THROTTLE LEVER

Inspired by pneumatic tool levers, the rubberized variable-speed throttle provides smooth control and added safety by automatically shutting off the tool if dropped or released unexpectedly.

BATTERY SYSTEM & CHARGING

The included 18V 2.5Ah lithium-ion batteries feature LED indicators showing remaining charge at the press of a button. Each battery provides approximately 35–45 minutes of continuous use. The custom iBrid Mini charging dock fully recharges a battery from empty to full in roughly 35 minutes, with built-in LED status lights.
